Do I need to book a consultation before booking a major hair color change?
It’s always a great idea! If you are planning a dramatic change or a multi-dimensional color service, we highly recommend giving us a call to set up a quick, complimentary consultation first so we can block out enough time for you.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
We totally get that life happens! We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Because our time slots are held just for you, late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
Can I bring my kids with me to my appointment?
Children are always welcome at Salon Michel, but for their safety, they must stay by your side. To keep things safe and relaxing for everyone, we ask that you don't bring children to chemical hair treatments, and please note that children are not allowed in the spa area.
Is a deposit required for group bookings?
Yes, a credit card deposit is required for multiple-service bookings, Day of Beauty packages, and bridal parties. Give us a call and our front desk will happily walk you through the details!
